Catherine “Kat” Haverkamp is a Philadelphia-based realist artist. She studied at Cleveland Institute of Art, Memphis College of Art, Studio Incamminati in Philadelphia, and Rowan University in N.J.  Haverkamp is currently pursuing a M.F.A. at Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and is a fellow at Studio Incamminati.

Haverkamp previously led the Appalachian arts and crafts camp in Norris TN, and continues to privately teach fundamentals of drawing and painting in representational realist technique to all ages.

Her work has been recognized in many national and international publications and competitions, including the yearly International Portrait Competition hosted by the Portrait Society of America, and has traveled the world in the Art Renewal Centers’ International Salon Competition.
