Bio:
Joan Miley has enjoyed painting throughout her life. She began painting at Notre Dame Academy in Park Hills, KY and graduated from the Cincinnati Commercial Art School. 

Watercolor is Joan’s favorite medium because “it is so fresh and transparent,” she said. In addition, she is mastering glass art by cutting shapes and fusing them for the final creation.
