Bio:
Paula Risch Head earned a BFA in painting from Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, KY, and from 1983 to 1998 operated the Risch Gallery in Fort Thomas, KY. 

Risch's studio and home along the Ohio River are the sources of most of her subject matter. "The land and the river provide me with an ever-present source of inspiration. It never ceases to amaze me at its constant beauty," she said. "The same river, the same tree line, and the same distant field are different every time I paint them.”
