JoAnn Scharf states: “Using color and making vibrant paintings brings me joy. As a self-taught artist I am always exploring new subjects.” JoAnn has sold her artwork at area craft/art fairs. She is currently teaching at the Kenton County Library, Madonna Manor, as well as her church group. JoAnn hosting home painting parties for adults and children, is an area that she is promoting. Her grandkids love to watch her paint, and also paint alongside of her. She says “this is a pleasant hobby for me at this time in my life. In the six years I have been painting, I have created hundreds of paintings.
