Bio:
Timothy J. Gold attended Edgecliff College, achieving a BA in Art Education, and NKU where he received an MA in Art Education. He is a juried member of the Kentucky Arts Council. His paintings have shown locally, regionally, and nationally. His commissioned work can be found throughout the country. Several art organizations have called upon his expertise to judge local art shows. While he is more comfortable using acrylic paint to create bold flat colors, the past several years he has experimented with oils. His artist statement explains his need to paint:
