Bio: Ruthe is a native of Northern Kentucky and Florence resident. She graduated from Thomas More University (B.A. in Art), University of Cincinnati (M.A. in Art Education), and Northern Kentucky University (Rank I). Her first career was teaching art at Williamstown Independent and Grant County High School. As a professional artist, acrylic painting has always been her preferred medium. She is a member of the Cincinnati Art Museum and Women's Committee, a signature member of the Woman's Art Club of Cincinnati and a member of the Boone County Visual Arts Association. Besides creating, selling and donating art to benefit local charities, her work has been exhibited at numerous colleges and universities, The Kentucky Capitol Rotunda, Carnegie, Nordheim Gallery, Woman's Art Club Cultural Center (The Barn), and other galleries, art fairs, and businesses.
