Bio: Sherri is a lifelong Newport, KY resident. In addition to being an artist, she is also very involved in her city and neighborhood work. Family is also a high priority. Art has always been her passion. She is a self taught artist that has a love to learn. She’s always looking to try a new technique or medium by continually taking classes. Subject matter isn’t restricted to one topic, instead she is always looking for beauty in the world. Sometimes her work can be realistic and then there may be an impressionistic or abstract style landscape or floral. Sherri has been working as an artist for about 15 years. To her, art is a form of meditation that she works on daily.
